How do I book a service with Ward's Tours?
You can easily book on our website by choosing your service, filling in your details, and completing the secure online checkout. If you’d rather talk to someone or have a large group, feel free to reach out to us via WhatsApp or email.
What is included in the tour price?

Can I book a private or customized tour?
Of course! We enjoy creating custom experiences. If you’re planning a family gathering, a business event, or need a personal itinerary, contact us, and we will design the perfect day for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.
Where do we meet, and do you offer hotel pickup?
We offer complimentary pickup and drop-off at all local hotels, accommodations and ports of entry.
How long are the tours?
Tour durations range from half-day excursions (approx. 3–4 hours) to full-day adventures (approx. 5-6 hours). Exact durations are listed on each specific tour description page. Customized tours may extend beyond normal times where necessary.
